Ministry News Update - January 2011

Latest Ministry News From Argentina - A Special Visit from IHOP- International House of Prayer leader in Argentina - Natalia Fuentes.
International House of Prayer Missions Base was founded by Mike Bickle and twenty full-time “intercessory missionaries” who cried out to God in prayer with worship for thirteen hours each day. Four months later, on September 19, 1999, prayer and worship extended to the full 24/7 schedule.

Wow. It was a great way to start of the year as we celebrate together with our church family here in San Rafael, Mendoza. The Lord spoke to us that this would be a year of expanding our territories. We have been investing time and resources into Casa de Dios Ministerios here in San Rafael with Pastors Adrian and Roxanne Llanten. We look forward to seeing all that our God has planned for us this year.

... Janaury 12th - Natalia Fuentes from IHOP visits Worshipers Network
A few weeks ago we connected with Natalia Fuentes by Facebook. She attended and ministered as a intercessory missionary at IHOP (International House of Prayer) in Kansas City during the infant stages of this tremendous ministry based out of Kansas City with Micke Bickle. This past year she has dedicated time to finish writing a training manual which will be used to raise up and establish houses of prayer throughout Latin America. Through this connection we took the opportunity to connect with her before she headed to Santiago, Chile and then off to Bolivia to hold several conferences. As a Psalmist, Natalia understands the impact that worship and prayer has on this generation. We were excited to share with her our vision for the ministry property here in San Rafael of having a place of 24/7 worship and prayer. She was excited to see that others had been hearing from the Lord to raise up this type of ministry. Natalia flows in worship and prayer as a Prophetic Psalmist. We rejoice with her and we believe that the Lord is going to use her in a mighty way to impact the nations. Just before Natalia left for Santiago, Chile we took the opportunity to record what was going to be just a few minutes of spontaneous worship here. Before we knew it, we had been worshiping for 40 minutes. This surly would have gone on much longer, but Natalia's ride to catch her flight needed to get on the road. Please pray for Natalia Fuentes and the ministry she is doing here in Argentina.

... January 14th - A Word From The Lord / Special Service (Vida y Paz - Rincon del Atuel)
Once again this year we are starting the year strong with ministry. At the beginning of each year we always set several days aside to seek the Lord for specific direction in our lives and for the ministry (Worshipers Network / Red de Adoradores). During this years fast, the Lord spoke to us specifically from the book of Joshua chapters 6 - 8. The Lord directed us to share with the Church the importance of not touching the sacred and dedicated things of the Lord.
God had specifically instructed the children of Israel that he was going to give them a great victory over their enemies. Most of us know the story very well. Israel took down the city of Jericho with a mighty shout. The Lord was with them! However, God had told them once they entered the city they were not to take the GOLD, SILVER and articles of IRON for themselves but these were to be set aside for the treasury of the Lord. At this time, things were looking good for Israel, they had just won their first battle and now they were on their way to take over the entire land which the Lord had promised them.
The next stop of the victory tour would be a small town called Ai. Not of much importance, yet the children of Israel were about to learn a very valuable lesson. Because, they had such a great victory over Jericho they decided to give their fighting men a break and just sent a few thousand warriors into battle to take the small town of Ai. What they didn't know is that one of their own had dishonored the Lord, by touching the sacred and dedicated things of the Lord and had hidden it under his family TENT!
Because of the act of one man, Israel suffered a mighty blow! They could have easily taken the city with the amount of fighting men they had taken into battle, but because they had touched what was the Lord's, the blessing of God was no longer with them as they went into battle. That day Israel learned the important lesson of not touching that which belongs to the Lord their God.
The Lord spoke to me that many in his church are suffering defeat in areas of their lives because they have taken for themselves that which belongs to the Lord. Specifically a felt God speak to me 3 areas in whcih we have taken for ourselves which belong to Him. I'll give them to you quickly... Our Finances, Our Time, and Our Worship.
1. Finances - We must realize that it's all His anyhow, He owns it all. He has entrusted us to use these resources wisely so that ultimately we can expand His kingdom here on earth.
2. Time - Serving the body of Christ. Investing our time in ministry and service to the Lord. Everyone should be involved in ministry in one way or another. It surprises me how many in the body of Christ come to church just to receive rather than give back and serve the other members in the body. When serving others we are in turn serving Him.
3. Worship - Isn't it time we truly give ALL the HONOR, ALL the GLORY, and ALL the PRAISE to HIM and HIM alone. As we understand worship, we can begin to understand the Heart of God. King David was known as a man after God's own heart. That's because King David was a WORSHIPER! His entire life was in passionate pursuit of knowing the heart of God as he chased Him with everything he had. King David used all that he had (his personal resources and his personal time) to build a place for God. He knew the importance of living in His Presence! Today we are the tabernacle of the Lord.
This is still God's call for us today. To chase and pursue Him with the same passionate intensity that King David had for his God. David knew the important of being in His presence. David was a man of authority because he understood the important of seeking the Lord presence for his life.
This was the word the Lord had me start the year off as we ministered in the little town of Rincon del Atuel. It's a call for all of us to reflect on as we begin this new year. Giving God "ALL" that belongs to Him.

... January 25th & 27th - Studio Recording with Guitarist Victor Canales
We would like to take just a moment by recognizing a friend of the ministry Victor Canales who has helped us with his amazing guitar talent not only on this latest CD project but has also helped us in the past with other projects we have worked on here in Argentina. Victor has traveled with us on several occasions as we have ministered throughout the country. Not only is Victor a talented guitarist but also the Head Mechanic at the official Fiat dealership here in San Rafael. He still seems to find the time with his busy schedule to come over to the studio and lay down a few guitar tracks. Over the past several nights he stayed late into the morning. Be on the lookout for this amazing guitarist as we get ready to launch the new CD release from Worshiper's Network.

Again, we would just like to say that if it had not been for God we would not be here doing all that we have been able to accomplish. We are also grateful for those who have committed to help us with the mission that God has called us to here in Argentina. We are truly blessed. Thank you!
